PROGRAMME:Thursdays 10.30 to 11.30am. Each week will consist of infinite chi Kung exercises plus the
Infinite tai chi form , described as Mindful, meditation to Movement ,
Ending with a peaceful meditation bringing peace and calm to the chattering mind.
The course will be a 6 week block, paying in advance at the end of the first session cost £42
