This is a slow but dynamic sequence of controlled breathing, designed to assist you to cultivate radiant energy, physical strength and peace of mind.
The more these sequences are practiced the more the student regains that wonderful, peaceful state that is often hard to find within our busy lives.
Both Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes consist of :
- * movements to loosen and stimulate the body
- * cleansing and energising Chi kung moves
- * guided meditation assisting the mind to still itself, facilitating the student to leave the class feeling refreshed and at peace.
With dedicated practice the student will regain physical, emotional and mental well being by using controlled breathing and flowing body movements.
